LicencePro is the computerised learners and driving licence testing system developed, implemented and supported by PCubed (Pty) Ltd, a division of Neo Africa.
LicencePro was launched in 2005 and is currently in operation at 58 Driving Licence Testing Centres around South Africa. It is the only proven computerised driving licence testing system currently in use in South Africa.
The objectives of LicencePro are to:

- › "Professionalise" driver testing
- › Eliminate fraud and corruption in the driver certification process
- › Improve the quality and relevance of driving tests
Just like Fatal Moves campaign, the ultimate objective of LicencePro is to improve driver competence and so reduce the death toll from accidents.
